Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days for all on hand items, pre-order items can take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully received.Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, launches, or promotions. Any material delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.Shipment confirmation and tracking constitute proof of shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and service availability.

Final Sale / No Refund Policy (Chargeback Notice)

ALL HAIR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. Due to hygiene and quality-control standards, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with texture, length, color, or style
  • Shipping delays
  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies

By completing your purchase, you explicitly authorize payment, acknowledge that all sales are final, and agree that no chargebacks or payment disputes will be filed for reasons covered under this policy.Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for delivered and/or processed orders may result in:

  • Submission of evidence including tracking confirmation, delivery verification, policy acceptance, and transaction records
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be changed or rerouted once processed
  • Orders delivered to the address provided are considered successfully fulfilled

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost shipments
  • Stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

These circumstances do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide supporting documentation upon request.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping is available to select destinations.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds or disputes

Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Fraudulent activity will be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.
